17/11/08 - Ginetta G50 test for Moyers (continued)

Team Principle of Xero, Dave Beecroft said: “Michael had very productive test with Xero at Donington,
Michael was the first driver to test our car with the new for ‘09 rear wing and his feedback was first rate.
The track was far from ideal with damp conditions in the morning and just as the track was drying out
quite a lot of oil was put down by one of the other cars that was testing. It meant that unfortunately we
couldn’t get a representative lap time, but he did a great job. We wish Michael and his sponsors well
and hope that he will be racing with Xero in 2009.”

Michael added: “I really enjoyed driving the Ginetta G50, the new rear wing has made the car a lot more
stable and it filled me with confidence. I have now decided this is certainly the way forward for us and
will be working extremely hard to get a deal in place for 2009”
