Formula BMW racer Moyers back for Brands
Michael Moyers has announced that he is to race for BSD Hyperion Motorsport at Brands Hatch later in
the month. Formula BMW driver Moyers has confirmed that he will return to Championship action for the
penultimate meeting of the season on the 19 th August at the Kent circuit.
Moyers, who last competed in the FBMW rounds
at Rockingham in April is joined by a new sponsor in
Casini Systems,
the access control systems integrator. Casini are primarily involved
in the design,
installation and maintenance of single or multi site
access control solutions and their prestigious
client
list already
includes Chelsea Football Club and Lords cricket ground, but are
looking to use their
sponsorship to broker new deals. Company MD
Charles Julian said "we hope that through Karbon
Racing's we'll be
able to open up new markets for the business, both with other sponsors
and through
the brand exposure we'll receive"
Moyers, 22, said "I'm delighted to be back in a race car and I hope that with the backing of Casini,
along
with my existing sponsors Building Services Design and Westhall Estates,
I'll be able to perform
at my
best at Brands and then take that momentum through to Knockhill." He continued "I'm
also really
looking
forward to working with Hyperion again, they've
been fantastic. The reliability was great at
Rockingham,
but together
we've sorted a few of the set-up issues that hampered us there and
hopefully
that'll give me a quick, competitive car which will allow
me to show my pace. I'd like to thank the team,
along with
Casini
and my other sponsors, for giving me this chance."
